I had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. Transportation options were readily available, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. The location on the cliffs provided breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The ocean stretched out as far as the eye could see, creating a stunning backdrop for relaxation. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was conveniently situated near key attractions such as restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. And one of the major advantages was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. The flavors were rich and the dishes were prepared with care, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.
The staff at the hotel left much to be desired. They seemed untrained and were often unpleasant and discourteous.

Loved the location right by the sea. Enjoyed cliff jumping into the sea. Paid $20 per night which was well worth it.
No way to make international calls.

We booked for Sunset at the Cliffs but were moved to Sunset on the Beach without letting us know. In hind sight this was a good idea as this location was better and facing beach and we could go to the other location easily. Location, room and property is perfect and the price was very good.

The location of the hotel on the cliffs offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sunset from their rooms or the hotel's terrace. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience.
Some areas of the hotel may require attention, such as the poor lighting in the right wing and the general appearance of that area.

The staff was so sweet. If they saw us walking around they asked if we needed anything. One staff member ran across the street to buy matches for me when I asked where I could get some! It was private and not crowded, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt relaxed in the serenity and breathtaking views during our getaway from NYC.

The excellent view
staff did not appear to be trained, they were unpleasant, discourteous. we were sent to a room that was not prepared (no towel, bed no made, A/C not working and was expected to wait on maintenance who was not on the coumpond, advatisment indicate internet was free, but a charge was requested. poor lighting on the right wing of the hotel and the general appearance of this area need attention(broons and boxes everywhere).

During our Christmas stay, we had an amazing view that overlooked the ocean. The location was just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and decorated nicely. We loved the fact that there was a pool and bar available for us to lounge at all day long.
The staff seemed untrained and not motivated to assist us. We were disappointed to find out that the advertised free Wi-Fi was subject to a charge upon arrival.

I loved the friendly staff and the atmosphere was very pleasing to the eye. I really enjoyed my stay with my family and friends. I will definately come for another visit in the near future.
There were not too many vegetarian dishes. Other than that, it was great.

The location was beautiful.
The AC malfunctioned and leaked all over one bed. It took 5 phone calls to deal with it. The lady who served breakfast was rude and messed up our order every morning. When attempts were made to correct it she seemed extremely inconvenianced. When we went to check out, the woman in reception did not know how to use the credit card machine and we had to go to Sunset on the Beach (the hotels other location) to settle the bill. I travel lots and like to stay in budget places, but this place was worse than many cheaper places I have stayed in.
